Frequently Asked Questions

Back Home

Do you take insurance?

I can bill your insurance for auto accident care with a prescription from a doctor. I can also work with Worker’s Compensation claims. I will be happy to provide you with a receipt for your HSA or health insurance reimbursement.

What’s your draping policy?

I generally drape fully with a sheet and a blanket, revealing only the area that I am working on. A vast majority of people want that snug feeling while receiving a massage. I am occasionally asked to use a towel or to allow a client to lay completely uncovered on the table. I have yet to find ONE person in 22 years of massage practice who has this preference for a reason other than initiating a sexual situation. If you want to go uncovered during your massage, you and I are probably not a good match.

What are your rates?

Check out my Rate Card, which offers a variety of rates that suit most any budget.

Do you do outcall?

Yes. The fee for that is $30 in addition to your session fee. Multiple massages at one location pay only one outcall fee. Gather your friends, have a massage party! I waive the outcall fee for seniors and for others who would be unable to get to my office because of mobility issues.

What are my payment options?

I accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

How do you use my personal information?

To contact and identify you in relation to your care, only. We don’t sell any information. If I am billing insurance or collaborating with your other practitioners, I will ask you to authorize me to do so in writing.
